What to Include in a Support Request
To help us resolve issues quickly, include:
- Your instance URL (e.g.,
mmph.builda.io) - Description of the issue — what happened vs. what you expected
- Steps to reproduce — how to trigger the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings if applicable
- Browser and OS (for frontend issues)
- Timestamp — when the issue occurred (helps us check logs)
Common Self-Service Fixes
Before contacting support, try:
- Can't log in? — Use "Forgot Password" on the login page
