Product Sync

Overview

Product sync imports your Magento product catalogue into Builda. Once synced, you can attach configurations, customisations, and pricing rules to your products.

Running a Sync

1. Go to Sync Data in the Builda dashboard
2. Click Sync Products
3. Wait for the sync to complete — progress is shown in the UI

Sync Types

Action	What It Does
Sync Products	Imports new products and updates existing ones from Magento
Refresh Products	Re-fetches all product data from Magento (full refresh)

What Gets Synced

• Product names and descriptions
• SKUs
• Pricing (including multi-currency if configured in Magento)
• Product images / media
• Product status (enabled/disabled)

Automatic Sync

Your Builda instance can be configured to sync automatically on a schedule. Contact the Builda team to set up scheduled syncing.

Monitoring Sync Status

• Sync logs are available in the Sync Data section
• API call logs are stored for debugging — useful for identifying failed or slow syncs
