Common Errors

Dashboard Won't Load / Blank Page

Possible causes:

• Browser cache — try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)
• JavaScript error — open browser console (F12) and check for errors
• Instance may be updating — wait a few minutes and try again

"Unauthenticated" or Session Expired

Cause: Your login session has expired.

Fix: Log in again. If this happens frequently, clear your browser cookies for builda.io and log in fresh.

"You do not have permission"

Cause: Your user role doesn't include the required permission.

Fix: Ask your admin to review your role. See Roles & Permissions.

Product Changes Not Saving

Possible causes:

• Validation error — check for red error messages on the form
• Session expired — try logging in again
• Required fields missing — ensure all required fields are filled

Images Not Displaying

Possible causes:

• Image upload still processing — wait and refresh
• Unsupported format — use JPG, PNG, or WebP
• File too large — check file size limits

Sync Data Shows No Products
