Connecting to Builda

Enter Your Magento Credentials

1. Log in to your Builda dashboard
2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Magento
3. Enter the credentials from the OAuth Setup step:
   • Magento Base URL — Your store URL (e.g., https://your-store.com)
   • Consumer Key
   • Consumer Secret
   • Access Token
   • Access Token Secret
4. Click Save and then Test Connection

Verifying the Connection

A successful connection will show a green confirmation. If it fails:

Error	Likely Cause
401 Unauthorized	Credentials are incorrect or expired
403 Forbidden	Integration lacks required API permissions
Connection timeout	Magento URL is incorrect or unreachable from Builda's servers
SSL error	Magento doesn't have a valid SSL certificate

Next Steps

Once connected, proceed to Product Sync to import your catalogue.
