Managing Users
Users can reset their own password via the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Admins can also trigger a password reset from the user management screen.
Managing Users
Inviting a New User
- Go to Users in the dashboard
- Click Add User
- Enter their email, name, and assign a role
- The user will receive an email invitation with login instructions
Editing a User
- Go to Users and find the user
- Click Edit
- Update their name, email, or role
- Click Save
Deactivating a User
- Go to Users and find the user
- Click Deactivate
- The user will no longer be able to log in
- Their data and activity history are preserved
Deactivated users can be reactivated at any time.
Deleting a User
- Go to Users and find the user
- Click Delete
Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider deactivating instead.
