Managing Users

Users can reset their own password via the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Admins can also trigger a password reset from the user management screen.

Managing Users

Inviting a New User

  1. Go to Users in the dashboard
  2. Click Add User
  3. Enter their email, name, and assign a role
  4. The user will receive an email invitation with login instructions

Editing a User

  1. Go to Users and find the user
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update their name, email, or role
  4. Click Save

Deactivating a User

  1. Go to Users and find the user
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. The user will no longer be able to log in
  4. Their data and activity history are preserved

Deactivated users can be reactivated at any time.

Deleting a User

  1. Go to Users and find the user
  2. Click Delete

Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider deactivating instead.
